Course Description
Microsoft Office applications are integral to both school and career. In this course, students learn the basics of the following Office Applications: Microsoft® Word, Excel®, Access®, and PowerPoint®. Students create, save, and customize Word documents in order to meet their own needs and the requirements of class projects and assignments. Students create and customize Excel workbooks to organize data. Students produce an Access database and use it to store and track information. Finally, students design PowerPoint presentations for both school and personal use. Throughout this course, students use each application in detail and practice how to use the application in a variety of situations.
